Crossing the Atlantic onboard the Queen Mary 2, beautiful sunsets, calm seas, a library that most UK towns would die for and a daily update of where we were.
The Queens Platinum Jubilee was not forgotten and a fabulous display of ice and pastry skills was on show for all the 1,800+ passengers.
On arrival you see the beautiful Manhattan skyline of New York and the iconic Statue of Liberty.
24 hours to spend in New York, not our favourite place so just wandered around in the sunshine near Times Square to Bryant Park.
Weather looks good and the photos are fabulous. Central Park is fab. The Queen Mary well you’re not back packing that’s for sure. Such a wonderful trip. Looking forward to all your news xx
